Ingredients For sausage and rice casserole

1 lbbulk hot sausage
-
1 cchopped celery
-
1 cchopped onion
-
1 cgreen pepper
-
2 can(10 3/4 oz.) chicken broth
-
1 cuncooked regular rice
-
1 1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspblack pepper
How To Make sausage and rice casserole

1Brown sausage in a heavy skillet.

2Drain 1/2 of the grease off.

3Add celery, onion, and green pepper.

4Simmer until tender.

5Add broth, rice and seasonings.
-
6Stir to mix.
-
7Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish.
-
8Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
