Imagine my surprise to find this recipe in Grandma W's recipes; I never thought I would see her using swiss cheese! This, however, is so fantastic it explained it to me!

Ingredients For roseti

  • 4
    potatoes
  • 1/3 c
    chopped onion
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 3/4 c
    shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • dash
    pepper

How To Make roseti

  • 1
    Cook potatoes in boiling unsalted water until almost tender, about 20 min. Cool completely. Peel and shred coarsely. In 9" pan, layer potatoes and remaining ingredients. Bake at 300 degrees until warmed through and lightly browned.
