8 ozvelveeta cheese, cubed

8 ozcojack cheese (pepper jack), cubed

8 ozsour cream*

1 cancream of mushroom soup, undiluted

1 (4.5 oz) canchopped green chiles, undrained
How To Make rice and cheese casserole

1Mix all ingredients together and bake @ 350 degrees until bubbly.

2*To make it spicey, substitute jalepeno dip. Even if it has a cheese base. It only makes it cheesier.
