Ingredients For ranch potato casserole

6 to 8 mdred potatoes

1/2 csour cream
-
1/2 cranch dressing

1/4 cbacon bits or cooked crumbled bacon

2 Tbspminced fresh parsley

1 ccheddar cheese, shredded
- FOR TOPPING:

1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded

2 cslightly crushed corn flakes
-
1/4 cbutter, melted
How To Make ranch potato casserole

1cook potatoes until tender, quarter (leaving skin on, if desired) and set aside.

2combine sour cream, dressing, bacon, parsley and 1 cup of cheese.

3place potatoes in greased 9x13 inch baking dish. place sour cream mixture over potatoes and gently toss.

4top with cheese. combine corn flakes with butter and sprinkle over casserole.

5bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
