Everyone loves this. Kids can make it. Add whatever ingredients you like. Make ahead and freeze or refrigerate and heat in microwave when ready to eat. We make on Sunday and eat for Breakfast during the week and lunch. High in protein with whites.

Ingredients For quiche

  • 8 oz
    Egg whites
  • Bacon to taste
  • Mushrooms to taste
  • Shredded cheese any flavor
  • Salt and pepper
  • Can use eggs. 1 per serving beaten

How To Make quiche

  • 1
    In pie pan or square dish spread ingredients for filling, bacon, mushrooms and some cheese.

    Pour egg whites over.

    Add more cheese to liking

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Bake at 350 for 35 minutes

    The Egg whites make it looks like a souffle but don't worry it settles down
