This is another old Polish recipe that my Grandfather Frank B. Sullivan brought home to his wife and to his mother. It is a very easy recipe to make... and it is quite good!

Ingredients For polish sauerkraut bake

1 lgcan (28 - 32 ounces) sauerkraut

2 lgpotatoes (diced)

2 lgapples (cored, and diced)

3/4 craisins

2 Tbspbrown sugar
How To Make polish sauerkraut bake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Mix all ingredients together in a baking dish. Bake until potatoes and apples are tender and all is golden brown (about 35 minutes).

3*** This is a great side dish to serve with any pork that you choose to serve: sausages, pork steaks, pork chops or ham are all great with this recipe!
