My Mom made this for us one Christmas and we all loved it despite the unlikely pairings of ingredients. Great with ham.

Ingredients For pineapple cheese casserole

1 (20) ozcan chunk pineapple, drained

1 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cgranulated sugar

3 Tbspall purpose flour

3/4 critz cracker, crushed

1/4 cbutter, melted
How To Make pineapple cheese casserole

1Combine pineapple and cheese.

2Mix flour and sugar in a small bowl and then stir into pineapple mixture.

3Turn into buttered 1-1/2 quart casserole dish.

4Combine melted butter with the Ritz crackers and sprinkle over the pineapple mixture.

5Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

6Serve hot.
