Ingredients For pineapple casserole

2 canpineapple chunks

2 cshredded cheddar cheese

1 critz crackers, crushed

1 cmelted butter, plus extra to grease dish

1 csugar

6 Tbspall purpose flour
How To Make pineapple casserole

1Drain pineapple and reserve 6 tablespoons of liquid.

2Place sugar and flour in a bowl, blend well.
Add cheddar cheese making sure to coat the cheese with mixture and stirring till mixed well.
Add drained pineapple chunks and mix well. -
3Place mixture in a greased medium sized casserole dish. Add crushed Ritz crackers to 1 cup of melted butter, mix thoroughly. Add 6 tablespoons of reserved pineapple juice mixing well. Pour on top of casserole.
