Ingredients For pineapple casserole

  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 6 Tbsp
    flour
  • 2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 can
    pineapple chunks, drained ( 6 tblsp reserved) 20 0z cans
  • 2 c
    ritz crackers (crushed)
  • 8 Tbsp
    butter, melted (1 stick)

How To Make pineapple casserole

    IN A LARGE BOWL STIR TOGETHER SUGAR N FLOUR THEN MIX IN CHEDDAR CHEESE.

    ADD THE DRAINED PINEAPPLE CHUNKS N POUR MIXTURE INTO CASSEROLE DISH 9X13 (OR SIMILAR)

    IN ANOTHER MEDIUM BOWL MIX CRUMBS, MELTD BUTTER N RESERVED JUICE THEN SCATTER ONTOP OF CASSEROLE. BAKE IN PREHEATED 350 OVEN FOR 25-30 MINUTES N.......ENJOY :)
