Ingredients For pea casserole

2 candrained, party peas
-
1 canwater chessnuts-sliced to bite size -undrained
-
1 jarpimento -cut fine
-
1 stickbutter
-
1 canmushroom soup
-
1 cchopped onion
-
1 cchopped celery
-
1 cchopped green pepper
-
1 canchow mein noodles, save some for topping
-
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make pea casserole

1Put butter in a skillet, add onion, green pepper and celery. Cook until tender
-
2Mix skillet mixture with peas, pimientos, water chessnuts, soup and most of the noodles.

3Pour into a baking dish, top with some noodles. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
