Ingredients For passover tropical kugel

  • 4 c
    farfel
  • 6
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    margarine, melted
  • 1 can
    (16 ounces) can peaches, chopped (save juice)
  • 1 can
    (8 ounces) crushed pineapple (save juice)
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 c
    raisins (optional)

How To Make passover tropical kugel

  • 1
    Place farfel in a large bowl and pour 1 cup of boiling juices, that were saved, over farfel; drain and cool.

    Beat eggs. Add sugar and margarine; beat again. Add egg mixture to farfel. Add remaining ingredients and mix.

    Pour mixture into a greased 7 X 11 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes..
