Ingredients For passover tropical kugel

1/2 csugar

1/2 cmargarine, melted

1 can(16 ounces) can peaches, chopped (save juice)

1 can(8 ounces) crushed pineapple (save juice)

1/2 tspsalt

1 tspcinnamon

1/2 craisins (optional)
How To Make passover tropical kugel

1Place farfel in a large bowl and pour 1 cup of boiling juices, that were saved, over farfel; drain and cool.

2Beat eggs. Add sugar and margarine; beat again. Add egg mixture to farfel. Add remaining ingredients and mix.

3Pour mixture into a greased 7 X 11 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes..
