Ingredients For oyster casserole

  • 1 qt
    oysters
  • 3 c
    half and half
  • 2 pkg
    saltine cracker crumbs
  • 2 stick
    butter

How To Make oyster casserole

  • 1
    Melt butter. Mix all ingredients together well. Drain some of the oyster juice. Transfer to a 13/9 pan.

    Let set in the refrigerator for 1 hour before cooking.

    Bake until hot through and through, until toasted on top.

    You may add some butter pats to the top before cooking. You may need to add more cracker crumbs for desired consistancy.

    Bake at 350° until golden brown
