Ingredients For oyster casserole

1 qtoysters

3 chalf and half

2 pkgsaltine cracker crumbs

2 stickbutter
How To Make oyster casserole

1Melt butter. Mix all ingredients together well. Drain some of the oyster juice. Transfer to a 13/9 pan.

2Let set in the refrigerator for 1 hour before cooking.

3Bake until hot through and through, until toasted on top.

4You may add some butter pats to the top before cooking. You may need to add more cracker crumbs for desired consistancy.

5Bake at 350° until golden brown
