Broccoli was not a favorite vegetable for me. I had tried all kinds of recipes. Then I started mixing ingredients that suited my taste & came up with this recipe, now this is the one I make. I also like broccoli in salads now too.

Ingredients For my very favorite broccoli casserole

1 1/2 lbbroccoli or 2---10 oz. pkg. of frozen

1 cancream of mushroom soup
-
1/4 cmilk
-
3/4 cshredded cheese (cheddar)

1 cbisquick
-
1/4 cmargarine (melted)
How To Make my very favorite broccoli casserole

1Cook Broccoli in very little of water, mostly steam. Drain and chop. Put in a buttered 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish.

2Beat soup & milk together. Pour over broccoli.

3Sprinkle cheese over mixture.

4Mix butter & bisquick together until crumbly. Sprinkle over cheese.

5Bake @ 400 degrees--20 mins. or until medium brown.
