Ingredients For mama-n-em's cheese grits casserole

1 1/2 cgrits (not instant)

6 cwater

1 stickbutter or margarine

1roll garlic cheese
-
2eggs
-
1 csharp cheddar cheese, grated

3/4 cmilk
How To Make mama-n-em's cheese grits casserole

1Prepare grits as directed on box using the 6 cups of water. When they are cooked add the following.

2Add 1 stick of butter or magarine and stir in roll of garlic cheese until it is melted and mixed.

3Add 1 cup of eggs and milk (use two eggs and add milk to make 1 cup).

4Top with grated cheddar cheese. Cook in greased dish for 30 minutes at 350.

5Note: This is great with homegrown mayters, peas, squash and a little hot water cornbread.
