Ingredients For layered spinach supreme

1 cbisquick
-
1/2 cmilk
-
2eggs
-
1/4 cfinely chopped onion

1 pkg10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained

1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
-
4 ozmonterey jack cheese, cut into 1/2" cubes
-
112 oz. carton creamy cottage cheese

1/2 tspsalt
-
2 clovegarlic, crushed

2eggs
How To Make layered spinach supreme

1Heat oven to 375^. Grease a 12x7 glass baking dish. Mix bisquick, milk, 2 eggs, and onion, about 20 strokes. Spread in dish. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon evenly over batter in dish. Bake until set, about 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
