This recipe belonged to the mother of a high school friend of mine. Not only is it packed with great taste, but it's intersting, eye-catching appeal is something to behold.

I make this recipe 6 to 8 times yearly. (That's a lot considering I have so many recipes.)

The macaroni casserole picture reflects a substitute of shell macaroni.

How To Make joy's macaroni

Combine all ingredients topped with buttered bread crumbs.
