1 csour cream

1/2 cbutter, melted

1 pkg(8.5 oz) jiffy corn muffin mix

How To Make jiffy cornbread casserole

1preheat oven to 300.

2be sure to drain cans of corn. then combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.

3pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. bake at 300 for 1 hour and 40 minutes.
