  • HONEY MARGARINE
  • 2 stick
    margarine
  • 3/4 c
    honey
  • CASSEROLE
  • 1 c
    crumbled cooked bacon
  • 2 can
    cut green beans, drained
  • 1 lg
    vidalia onion, peeled and sliced
  • 2 md
    carrots, chopped
  • 1 can
    condensed cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    chopped honey roasted peanuts

How To Make honey margarine green bean casserole

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    In a small bowl, whisk the margarine and honey together until combined.

    Coat a 3-quart baking dish with cooking spray. Add crumbled bacon and 1 tablespoon honey margarine; mix well.

    Heat 2 tablespoons honey margarine in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add green beans, sliced vidalia onion and chopped carrots. Saute for 5 minutes or until tender. Reduce to low heat.

    Stir in soup, cream cheese and remaining honey magarine. Let it simmer for 5 minutes more. Remove from heat.

    Pour into a prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with chopped honey roasted peanuts.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Cool completely.
