Ingredients For holiday broccoli & rice casserole

1 stickbutter
-
3 stickcelery, chopped fine
-
2 cancream of chicken soup (10.5 oz each)

1 1/2 jarCheez Whiz (15 oz)

1 bagbroccoli florets, chopped (16 oz)

2 cMinute Rice, cooked
-
3/4 canchicken broth or stock (14.5 oz can)

salt & pepper, to taste
How To Make holiday broccoli & rice casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Melt butter in a Dutch oven. Then add your celery and cook until tender.

3Add your 2 cans of soup, Cheez Whiz & broth. Cook until all melted together. Then season to taste with salt and pepper.

4Now add your broccoli and mix. Broccoli can still be frozen, it will thaw at this point.

5Add your rice and mix.

6Pour into a greased baking pan and cover.

7Now put it in the oven and cook for one hour.

8In the last 10 to 15 minutes of cooking, remove the lid or foil and let the top brown a little.
