Ingredients For hashbrown casserole

16 ozsour cream
-
8 ozshredded mild cheese
-
1/2 stickbutter, unsalted

1 tspblack pepper
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 pkg=to 1 sleeve of ritz crackers

30 ozfrozen hashbrowns, thawed

1 cansmall- cream of chicken soup
How To Make hashbrown casserole

1In a large bowl mix all ingredients together except fot the crackers and butter.

2Spray a 13x9 inch baking dish with non-stick spray.

3Pour all ingredients into the dish. Crush your crackers and crumble on top. Slice butter into very thin slices covering the top.

4Bake in a preheated oven of 359 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Remove and let sit for 5 minutes!!!
