    (20 oz.) each crushed pineapple
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    corn starch
  • 4
    eggs slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    nutmeg

    Mix all together in a two quart casserole dish and bake a 350 for 35-40 minutes or until set.
