This recipe is so tasty!! It is very easy to make and you probably have all these ingredients in your home at any given time. Great for a pot luck dinner.

Ingredients For easy baked corn pudding

  • 1/2 c
    sugar (or less)
  • 3 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/2 stick
    butter (melted) 1/4 cup
  • 1 can
    whole kernel corn (drained) 15 1/4 oz
  • 1 can
    cream style corn 14 3/4 oz
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ***PREHEAT OVEN 350 DEGREES***

How To Make easy baked corn pudding

    In a medium bowl, combine the sugar and flour. Whisk in eggs, milk, melted butter, and salt and pepper. Stir in both cans of corn.

    Grease a baking dish. Place mixture into dish and bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes.
