This came from a family friend. She collected it from a Jiffy Cornbread Box. Our family loves it for Thankgiving, but it is good for anytime.

Ingredients For creamed corn pudding

  • 8 oz
    cornbread mix
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 stick
    butter or margarine (1/2 cup)
  • 15 oz
    creamed corn
  • 15 oz
    corn nibblets

How To Make creamed corn pudding

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or spray a 2 quart baking dish. (I use a round casserole dish.)

    In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together. Pour mix in dish.

    Bake for 1 hour. (I bake it with a lid for 45 mins, then without for 15 mins.) Remove from oven, and serve hot/warm. Enjoy!
