My aunts, Sylvia and Lucy, gave me this fabulous kugel recipe. It is a creamy, delicious, melt in your mouth kugel. It can be made ahead and reheated.

Ingredients For cream cheese kugel

1/2 lbcream cheese, creamed well

1/2 lbfine noodles, cooked

1/4 lbmelted buter

4eggs, separated

1/2 ptsour cream

4 Tbspsugar

1 tspvanilla
How To Make cream cheese kugel

1Pour melted butter over cooked noodles.

2Add creamed cream cheese. Add beaten egg yolks and add sour cream, sugar and vanilla.

3Mix well and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

4Bake in a 325 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours in 2 quart greased casserole dish or until brown.
