Ingredients For cranberry casserole

3 cgranny smith apples, peeled and chopped

2 ccranberries, fresh

1.5 tsplemon juice

1.5 csugar
- TOPPING INGREDIENTS

1.33 coats, quick cooking

1 cwalnuts, chopped

1.33 cbrown sugar

1 stickbutter
How To Make cranberry casserole

1Preheat oven to 325.

2In a shallow 2 quart casserole, mix cranberries and chopped apples.

3In a small bowl mix lemon juice and white sugar; sprinkle this mixture over the cranberries and apples and mix together until just moistened.

4In another bowl mix together all ingredients for topping and sprinkle over the top of the cranberry mixture.

5Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

6NOTE: Be sure to use quick oats. If regular oats are used the recipe will be runny.

7TIP: Pecans are also great in this recipe!
