I stumbled across this recipe and it was perfect for the kids that do not like vegetables.

Ingredients For cornbread cassarole

1/4 lbbutter, melted

1 canwhole kernel corn 15 oz

1 cancreamed corn 15 oz

1 boxcorn muffin mix. 8.5 oz

1 ozsour cream
How To Make cornbread cassarole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C )

2In a mixing bowl, combine butter, whole corn, creamed corn, corn muffin mix and sour cream.

3Fold all ingredients together, pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake for an hour.
