Ingredients For corn pudding

  • 2 can
    cream corn
  • 1 pkg
    saltine crackers
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1 sm
    onion diced
  • salt and pepper

How To Make corn pudding

  • 1
    Take 1 sleeve of saltine crackers and smash making crumbs
  • 2
    Lightly beat eggs with milk salt and pepper
  • 3
    Mix cream corn chopped onion egg mixture and 2/3 of the smashed saltines
  • 4
    Pour mixture into a greased 8 x8 pan
  • 5
    Mix remaining smashed crackers and mix with melted butter.
  • 6
    Sprinkle buttered crumbs on top of mixture
  • 7
    Preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes or until lightly brown and set in center
