Ingredients For corn pudding

2 cancream corn
-
1 pkgsaltine crackers
-
2eggs
-
2 Tbspbutter, melted

1 smonion diced
-
salt and pepper
How To Make corn pudding

1Take 1 sleeve of saltine crackers and smash making crumbs

2Lightly beat eggs with milk salt and pepper
-
3Mix cream corn chopped onion egg mixture and 2/3 of the smashed saltines
-
4Pour mixture into a greased 8 x8 pan

5Mix remaining smashed crackers and mix with melted butter.

6Sprinkle buttered crumbs on top of mixture
-
7Preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes or until lightly brown and set in center
