Joann asked me if I had her recipe for this casserole when she was preparing to make her Thanksgiving dinner 2020. I told her no, but if she found it I would be happy to add it to the JAP recipes. She texted it to me as soon as she found it! :)

Ingredients For corn casserole, joann's

  • 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 can
    whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can
    cream corn

How To Make corn casserole, joann's

  • 1
    Combine first 3 ingredients in pan, slowly add milk and stir until all the milk is added in, over med heat. It will form into a thick cream. In separate bowl, beat eggs. Add to pan and stir thoroughly. Add both cans of corn, stir again. Put into casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees 1 hour.
