This recipe is so delicious and sweet and it is good to cook with Jiffy cornbread mix. My family loves my corn casserole.

Ingredients For corn casserole

  • 1 15 oz
    can cream style corn
  • 1 11 oz
    can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 8.5 oz
    box jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 c
    (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted

How To Make corn casserole

    Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

    In a large bowl, combine the cream-style corn, whole kernel corn, eggs, sour cream, muffin mix and butter.

    Pour into the prepared casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
