Ingredients For corn casserole

  • 1 can
    corn, cream-style
  • 1 can
    corn, canned
  • 1/2 c
    onion chopped
  • 1 jar
    pimento (2oz)
  • 2/3 c
    milk
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 1 c
    cracker crumbs
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper

How To Make corn casserole

  • 1
    Combine corn, onion, pimientos, milk, egg, cracker crumbs, cheese, butter, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350. Serves 6-8.
