1/2 conion chopped

1 jarpimento (2oz)

2/3 cmilk

1egg, beaten

1 ccracker crumbs

1 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cbutter, melted

2 Tbspsugar

1 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper
How To Make corn casserole
-
1Combine corn, onion, pimientos, milk, egg, cracker crumbs, cheese, butter, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350. Serves 6-8.
