Ingredients For corn casserole

  • 1 lg
    can cream style corn
  • 1 sm
    can carnation milk
  • 1
    beaten egg
  • 3 Tbsp
    oleo
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped onion
  • 1 sm
    jar pimento, drained and chopped
  • 12
    crackers, crushed
  • 1 can
    onion rings

How To Make corn casserole

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 2
    Melt oleo in casserole dish.
  • 3
    Mix all other ingredients, except onion rings.
  • 4
    Add to buttered casserole dish.
  • 5
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • 6
    Cover with onion rings after removing from oven.
