I work on several ministry groups at church and invariably, there will be a meeting where we decide to share a meal, aka, pot luck. It hasn't mattered what is on the menu, I'm always on the list for this mac and cheese. I hope you find it as simple and tasty as my church family.

2Boil pasta in salted water to just beyond al dente. Drain the pasta, but don't pour all of the water off of it. Be sure to leave some of the pasta water in the pot to be stirred in with the pasta, cheeses, milk, and seasonings. This hot water will help the cheeses melt.
