I wasn't sure about this recipe but it turned out great and is really good and filling.

3 Tbspminced onion

1 1/3 ccooked rice

1/2 lbchicken livers
-
1 cancream of chicken soup

1/2 cmilk

pinch of basil
How To Make chicken liver and rice casserole

1Boil chicken livers until done. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Saute' onion in margarine until tender. Add to rice. In 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, combine livers, rice, soup, milk, and basil. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
