Ingredients For cheesy corn and rice casserole

1 pkgyellow rice mix (5oz.)

1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 cancorn, drained

1 Tbspbutter, melted

2 cshredded cheddar
How To Make cheesy corn and rice casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 F & grease an 8x8 baking dish.

2Cook rice according to package directions.

3Mix the rice, soup, 1 cup of cheese, corn, and butter.

4Pour into baking dish and bake for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.

5Remove from oven and top with the remaining cheese. Bake for an additional 3 minutes.
