I made this casserole for Thanksgiving last year and everyone wanted to know what was in it before they ate it. I wouldnt tell them so they named it fear factor casserole! Now they ask for it every holiday!

Ingredients For cauliflower & broccoli cheese casserole

  • 1 pkg
    frozen broccoli thawed (10 ounces)
  • 1 pkg
    frozen cauliflower thawed (10 ounces)
  • 1 can
    cream of celery or cream of mushroon soup
  • 2
    eggs beaten
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 48
    ritz crackers, crumbled
  • 1/2 c
    melted butter

How To Make cauliflower & broccoli cheese casserole

    Place broccoli and cauliflower in a 9 x 13 baking dish.

    Blend soup, mayonnaise, eggs and cheese together and pour over vegetables.

    Blend crackers with melted butter.

    Top vegetables with buttered cracker crumbs.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 20-40 minutes or until bubbling.
