Ingredients For broccoli & cheese casserole

  • 2 bag
    frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 jar
    cheez whiz-softened
  • 1 1/2 c
    minute rice- cooked
  • 2 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 pinch
    salt

How To Make broccoli & cheese casserole

    Cook the rice till done and let sit till fluffy. Cook the frozen broccoli in water for 15 minutes- drain

    Soften the cheez whiz -either in the jar or in a microwave safe dish

    In a 13x9 pan mix together the cooked broccoli, cooked rice, soup and cheez whiz. Stir together thoroughly..

    Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 35- 45 minutes.
