This was a recipe of Mom's that she didn't write down. That tells me she used it quite often. However, it was one my Grandma W wrote down, so I got it when I inherited her recipe box!

    head cauliflower
  • 1
    bunch broccoli
  • 1 pkg
    seasoned croutons, crushed
  • melted butter

How To Make broccoli cauliflower casserole, mom's

    Precook vegetables, put in casserole, top with croutons and drizzle with butter. Heat in oven
