My Grandma made this for every Holiday, Now it's passed down to me and I make it for our favorite Holiday's. If you don't like broccoli this will change your mind, It's wonderful.

Ingredients For broccoli cassrole

  • 1 lg
    package chopped broccoli cooked and drained
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 2 c
    sharp chedder cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced onions, soaked in water
  • 1 c
    mayonaise
  • 1 can
    cream of celery soup

How To Make broccoli cassrole

  • 1
    Mixed all together eggs, minced onion, mayonaise, cream of celery soup 1/2 to 3/4 cheese. add to drained broccoli stir together well, place in a 2 1/2 court casserole dish sometimes I use a 13x9 cake pan, Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bread crumbs

    Bake at 350* for 40 to 45 min.
