This was my mother-n-laws signature recipe, this has been the only broccoli casserole i've ever truly liked.

Ingredients For broccoli casserole

  • 1 bunch
    of broccoli florets cut up
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2
    eggs beaten
  • 1 c
    mayonaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    diced onion(more if you desire)
  • 2 c
    crushed cheeze it crackers
  • pinch
    salt & pepper to taste

How To Make broccoli casserole

  • 1
    preheat oven to 350 degrees; Meanwhile cut up broccoli & boil til just tender about 10 minutes, then drain. in a separate bowl combine soup, cheese, eggs, mayo, onions, & salt & pepper to taste. Add broccoli and mix ingredients together.

    Spray a 9X9 glass pan w/ cooking spray, pour mixture into pan & top with crushed cheeze it crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. ( to make a 13x9 pan just double your ingredients)
