Ingredients For broccoli casserole

  • 2 lb
    broccoli, frozen
  • 1 lb
    velvetta cheese
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1 pkg
    ritz crackers (one whole sleeve)

How To Make broccoli casserole

  • 1
    cook broccoli, in a 11x13 pan melt 1 stick of butter and cheese. after broccoli is cooked (drained), add to cheese and butter, stir well. then melt 1 stick of butter and add crushed cracker, cover the top of the broccoli and cheese. bake 30 minutes on 350.
