Ingredients For broccoli casserole

  • 1 pkg
    frozen broccoli florets or 1 head of fresh broccoli
  • 1 c
    minute brown of white rice
  • 1 can
    cambells cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    french's dried onions

How To Make broccoli casserole

    Cook frozen broccoli 6-8 mins. or fresh for 8-10 mins. DO NOT OVER COOK!!! Drain-add butter, salt and pepper to taste. Prepare rice according to direction. In a mixing bowl mix soup and a 1/2 can of water until smooth.Pour in rice and broccoli and mix. Put into a 10x10 baking pan or dish. Top with dried onions

    Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes till nice and bubbly.
