Beer in baked beans? You bet. Try it, you'll like it! Did I mention it's all done on the stove top, no oven involved.

Ingredients For beer, sausage & bacon baked beans

  • 3 Tbsp
    jack daniels old no. 7 mustard
  • 8 oz
    your favorite cooked sausage, sliced into 1" pieces
  • 4
    strips of bacon, cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 can
    15 oz. can pork and beans
  • 1 can
    28 oz. can baked beans
  • 1/2 c
    beer
  • 1/2 tsp
    each, salt & black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1
    small onion, chopped

How To Make beer, sausage & bacon baked beans

    In a medium size heavy gauge pan, cook bacon until crisp and remove pieces. Add chopped onion and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add mustard and remaining ingredients to pan and simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in crispy bacon & serve.
