    potatoes-cooked, peeled and diced
  • 1 lb
    velveeta cheese, diced (or shredded)
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    onion, diced
  • salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 lb
    cooked and crumbled

How To Make baked potato salad

  • 1
    Combine potatoes, cheese, mayonnaise, onion, salt & pepper and place in a 9x13" buttered baking dish. Top with bacon. Bake at 325°F until brown. (about 45 minutes)
