Ingredients For baked jack corn

2 lgeggs

1 1/2 csour cream

2 cfresh corn kernels

1 pkg8-oz. pkg. monterey jack cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

1/2 csoft bread crumbs

1 can4.5 oz. can chopped green chilies, drained

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper
-
1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese
How To Make baked jack corn

1Combine eggs and sour cream in a large bowl; stir in corn and next 5 ingredients. Pour into a greased 10-inch quiche dish or 2 qt. baking dish.

2Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and bake 5 more minutes.

3Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
