  • 1 c
    flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    white wine
  • 3 Tbsp
    parsley, italian
  • 3 Tbsp
    spinach, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • RISING AGENT
  • 1/2 c
    warm water
  • 1 Tbsp
    dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    dry active yeast
  • FILLING
  • 8 oz
    lorraine cheese, cut from a block
  • TOPPING
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey

How To Make baked florentine lorraine with honey drizzle

    Mix rising agents and allow to sit for 15 minutes.

    In a mixing bowl, add all dough ingredients. After the rising agent is sufficiently frothy, mix into flour.

    Stir well, then dump out onto a floured surface. Knead for 5 minutes.

    Take dough and wrap around cheese. Place in a small, well greased casserole dish.

    Set in a warm place and allow to rise for one hour.

    Then place in oven at 325F for 45-55 minutes. Allowing the top to be golden and cheese to melt.
