1 tspdry active yeast

8 ozlorraine cheese, cut from a block
- TOPPING

How To Make baked florentine lorraine with honey drizzle

1Mix rising agents and allow to sit for 15 minutes.

2In a mixing bowl, add all dough ingredients. After the rising agent is sufficiently frothy, mix into flour.

3Stir well, then dump out onto a floured surface. Knead for 5 minutes.

4Take dough and wrap around cheese. Place in a small, well greased casserole dish.

5Set in a warm place and allow to rise for one hour.

6Then place in oven at 325F for 45-55 minutes. Allowing the top to be golden and cheese to melt.

7Remove from oven and drizzle honey atop.

8Serve, by cut into slices, like a pie.
