This dish is super easy and is wonderful with any meal. I usually prepare this as a side dish for ham.

Ingredients For baked corn casserole

  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 can
    whole kernal corn - undrained
  • 1 box
    jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 can
    cream style corn
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    grated cheddar cheese

How To Make baked corn casserole

  • 1
    Melt butter. Mix well with both cans of corn, sour cream and muffin mix.
  • 2
    Pour into a baking dish and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes then top with cheddar cheese. Bake 30 more minutes.
