Ingredients For baked broccoli and spinach

  • 2 pkg
    10 oz. each of frozen chopped broccoli,thawed
  • 2 pkg
    10 oz. each,chopped spinach,thawed and well-drained
  • 2 can
    cream of mushroom soup/10 3/4 ounces each can
  • 4 lg
    eggs,lightly beaten
  • 1 lg
    sweet onion,diced {vidalia is great for this}
  • 2 c
    sharp chedder cheese,shredded
  • 1 c
    hellman's mayonase
  • 1 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    fresh grated black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlicpowder
  • 36
    round buttery crackers/ritz etc.,crushed up

How To Make baked broccoli and spinach

  • 1
    Stir together first 10 ingredients in a large bowl until combined.

    spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13 X 9 inch baking dish
  • 3
    Sprinkle evenly with the crushed crackers
  • 4
    Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minuted or until set and bubbly.
