Ingredients For baked broccoli and spinach

2 pkg10 oz. each of frozen chopped broccoli,thawed

2 pkg10 oz. each,chopped spinach,thawed and well-drained

2 cancream of mushroom soup/10 3/4 ounces each can
-
4 lgeggs,lightly beaten
-
1 lgsweet onion,diced {vidalia is great for this}
-
2 csharp chedder cheese,shredded
-
1 chellman's mayonase
-
1 tspkosher salt
-
1/2 tspfresh grated black pepper
-
1/2 tspgarlicpowder
-
36round buttery crackers/ritz etc.,crushed up
How To Make baked broccoli and spinach

1Stir together first 10 ingredients in a large bowl until combined.

2spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13 X 9 inch baking dish

3Sprinkle evenly with the crushed crackers

4Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minuted or until set and bubbly.
