A favorite at the holidays. Got this from a high school teacher of mine.

Ingredients For asparagus casserole

  • 1 can
    # 2 can asparagus
  • 1 can
    pimentos , small can
  • 1 c
    grated cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 3
    eggs boiled and chopped
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 1/2 c
    fine cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    melted margarine

How To Make asparagus casserole

  • 1
    Mix all but the margarine and cracker crumbs.

    Place in greased casserole dish.
  • 3
    Sprinkle crumbs on top.
  • 4
    Pour margarine over top.
  • 5
    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes, uncovered
