    butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 c
    low fat milk
  • 9 oz pkg
    frozen artichoke hearts
  • 1 c
    thawed frozen peas
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    lemon zest, grated

How To Make artichoke and pea gratin

    Whisk 1 tablespoon each butter and flourin an ovenproof skillet over medium high heat, 1 minute.
