1 ccooked wild rice

1/2 cchopped carrots

8hardwood bacon strips,cooked and crumbled

1vidalia onions,peeled and diced

3/4 cchopped sun-dried tomatoes

1 pkgcream cheese,cut into chunks

1 jarrefrigerated alfredo sauce

1 cshredded mozzarella cheese

1 cshredded parmesan cheese
How To Make alfredo rice casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2In a large bowl,combine brown and wild rice,carrot,bacon,onion,sun dried tomatoes,cream cheese and alfredo sauce;mix well

3Transfer to a greased 8-inch square baking dish.Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.

4Bake,uncovered,at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.
